So cute! How fun. I see that you have all dressed for the cold :o) I don't know if you already have one, but when Emma was a newborn we had a carseat cover from Target. It totally saved us. You can zip it up so there is only a hole for her face and then there is a little cover that comes down to cover her face when your outside. It was awesome, it just slipped over the top of the carseat.
